Return & Refund Policy

At Vyara, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

 Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition

Returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and any authenticity certificates.

Accompanied by a clear and continuous unboxing video, starting before the package is opened.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened in one take. Returns without this video will not be accepted.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering 

     

 Refunds
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
